For an additional guest key, primary reservation holders must add the guest to the reservation, and the guest must provide a valid ID.

Swimming Pool Safety

There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Use of these facilities is at your own risk. Please supervise children in and around water amenities.

Parking and Transportation

Each reservation is allotted up to two parking spaces. Third-party transportation services may also be used. Guests can be picked up and dropped off at the lobby.

Non-Smoking Resort

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted.

Trash and Recycling

Please us the trash containers in your villa and don't leave trash outside your front door, on your patio/balcony, or on the surrounding property. Trash is emptied during your housekeeping service. If you need additional trash removal, please contact the front desk for assistance at +1 305-293-5050 or use the trash bins around the property.

Your villa is equipped with smoke-detection and sprinkler devices. Certain accessible villas are equipped with strobe lights along with the fire alarm. Fire extinguishers are under the kitchen sink in villas. Please review the evacuation plan on the back of your villa’s front door. Do not use elevators during a fire emergency.
