Swimming Pool Safety

There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Use of these facilities is at your own risk. Please supervise children in and around water amenities.

Parking and Transportation

Each reservation is allotted up to two parking spaces. Third-party transportation services may also be used. Guests can be picked up and dropped off at the lobby.

Smoking

To maintain the beauty of our surroundings and the health of our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the villas, on patios and balconies, and at all recreation and pool areas.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Trash and Recycling

Please us the trash containers in your villa and don't leave trash outside your front door, on your patio/balcony, or on the surrounding property. Trash is emptied during your housekeeping service. If you need additional trash removal, please contact the front desk for assistance at +1 831-620-1234, or use the trash bins around the property.

Emergency Numbers

Your villa is equipped with smoke-detection, carbon monoxide detectors, and sprinkler devices. Certain accessible rooms are equipped with strobe lights and a fire alarm. Fire extinguishers are located on the exterior of the resort within 50 feet of your villa. Please review the evacuation plan on the back of your villa’s front door. Do not use elevators during a fire emergency.

Accompany and supervise children in and around the pool and whirlpool spas. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please observe all posted safety signage.

This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking in the guest room or villa will be subjected to a $250 cleaning fee per incident. Please smoke only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

If you detect heat or smoke, place a wet towel under your door, turn off air conditioning or heating, and dial 911. You may then also dial 0 to alert us that you're inside.
