Swimming Pool Safety
There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Use of these facilities is at your own risk. Please supervise children in and around water amenities.
Parking and Transportation
Each reservation is allotted up to two parking spaces. Third-party transportation services may also be used. Guests can be picked up and dropped off at the lobby.

Smoking
To maintain the beauty of our surroundings and the health of our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the villas, on patios and balconies, and at all recreation centers and pool areas.

Pets
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted at the resort. If your villa requires extra cleaning due to the presence of a pet, you'll be charged a minimum fee of $400. Any additional damages by pets will incur appropriate additional charges. Service animals trained to perform work or tasks for an individual with a disability, when accompanied by such an inidivual, are welcome at the resort.
Trash and Recycling
Please us the trash containers in your villa and don't leave trash outside your front door, on your patio/balcony, or on the surrounding property. Trash is emptied during your housekeeping service. If you need additional trash removal, please contact the front desk for assistance at +1 970-771-1017, or use the trash bins around the property.

Fire extinguishers are located in the hallways of the resort within 50 feet of your villa.

Accompany and supervise children in and around the pool, whirlpool spas, splash pad, and other water amenities. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please observe all posted safety signage.
