Emergency Numbers
Your villa is equipped with smoke-detection and sprinkler devices. ADA rooms are also equipped with strobe lights.There’s a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Review the evacuation plan posted on the back of your front door. If you need to evacuate, test the door for heat before opening it. If you detect heat or smoke, place a wet towel under your door, turn off air conditioning or heating, and dial 911. You may then also dial 0 to alert us that
you’re inside.

Trash and Recycling
To call for emergency police, fire, or medical assistance from your villa phone, dial 911. To call for assistance from resort staff, or if you notice something suspicious or larming, dial <phone number> or "0" from your villa phone for the resort operator.
For an additional guest key, primary reservation
holders must add the guest to the reservation,
and the Guest must provide a valid ID.
There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Please supervise children in and around water amenities.
Each reservation is allotted up to two parking spaces. Third-party transportation services may also be used. Guests can be picked up and dropped off at the lobby.
Select Resort Wi-Fi from the network settings on your device. Open your browser and follow the prompts to complete the connection.

To maintain the beauty of our surroundings and the health of our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the villas, on patios and balconies, and at all Recreation Centres and pool areas.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted at the resort. If your villa requires extra cleaning due to the presence of a pet, you'll be charged a minimum fee of $400. Any additional damages by pets will incur appropriate additional charges. Service animals trained to performed work or tasks for an individual with a disability, when accompanied by such individual, are welcome at the resort.
Please use the trash containers in your villa and don't leave trash outside your front door, on your patio/balcony, or on the surrounding property. Trash is emptied during your housekeeping service. If you need additional trash removal, please contact the Front Desk for assistance <phon>, or use the trash bins around the property.
